Before a kimono can be worn, it goes through the following steps:

1. Raising silkworms
2. Producing silk thread
3. Weaving and dyeing the fabric
4. Tailoring it into a kimono
5. Wearing the kimono

After that, a KIMONO sukajan (kimono-style souvenir jacket) is created through these additional steps:

6. Carefully unpicking and cleaning the kimono
